Uta should not be FTL+ outside the Uta World

Uta is stated to be FTL+ in both her own world and the regular world cuz she reacted to a surprise attack from Law in the Human World

except Law was never in the human world in the entire movie, and in the clip used for that speed justification, Law is in the Uta world, not the Human World

so I propose either we give Uta a new key for "Base Uta" and "Uta World Uta" and have 2 different speed values, or just give her human level speed in the real world
