Uryu Antithesis upgrade?

I got a question about Antithesis from Uryu.
He describes it as this:
-It reverses events that have already taken place, between 2 designated points.
-And Jugram says it can reverse anything that has happend.
Why is it only Limited Casuality Manipulation?
Wouldnt this fall under Reality manipulation?
It doesnt say it fall just under 2 objects or people, it quite literally says anything.
-Idk really know how to explain his powers, its a bit complicated for me, but:
If he can reverse events-Doesnt that mean he can reverse someone manipulating reality, or any other absurb hack, wouldnt it give him Death Manip if he reverses someone dying and someone being alive?
And so forth
So i am asking someone who is more Knowledgable with these absurd Hax to help me.

Saying he can use his power to reverse literal reality level events with how minimal his feats are seems like a stretch.

Well he has no feats with the Antithesis.
It is said that his power can threaten Yhwach, and that his power is magnificent.
Yhwach has also noted that he has a power surpassing his own?
But i don’t know why we cant take it at face value, since every Schrift before has done exactly what they say it does.

-I mean Uryu explained what it does and then showed us, Shouldnt that be enought to atleast bump it up to Base Casuality Manipulation
