Urahara vs Jugram

Okay, I'm sure, speaking for romance, Urahara could always throw something magical out of his hat, but it's really hard to counter The Balance's effects through his Bankai too.
Let's say Urahara restructures his body to overpower Jugram and proceeds to attack and injure him. What would prevent Jugram from returning the injuries themelseves by multiplying the damage? Even if in that case Urahara could regenerate, it is quite explicit from the fight against Askin as that Bankai weighs, one restructuring after another, on his physique (removing the fact that once the Bankai is canceled, the effects of the same, eg regeneration , disappear).
It's hard to say what Urahara could come up with having a fair amount of Prep. Time, but I'd say that Jugram takes this.
