This is a CRT to upgrade the diamonds to 5-A based of the cluster the diamonds have shown to be stronger than the cluster who has a 5-A rating yellow was winning the arm wrestle before her ship broke
A counter argument is that it hasn’t fully formed but I find that counter to be flawed for a variety of reasons
