She was using reinforcement magic when she was 9-A. The feat happened in the Epilogue of UBW.
That said, i'm unsure if the Servants should scale, seeing as Caster physically got stomped by a younger Rin, and according to her master she could have killed Caster with no trouble if she had more skill.
