Upgrade Pikachu to 7-B

If it's from the show is probably doesn't count since the series has a lot of PIS.
Man, Pokemon is sure becoming a confusing topic on here. The games are largely featless, the pokedex entries contradict each other left and right and the anime has weird stuff like this.

Anyway, feat seems genuine.

Here's the reason: The feats on Pokémon only go by the pokedex seeing that's it's the show has multiple PIS in the entire series since it doesn't make sense like arceus getting punished by what he created. If we go by pokedex latios and pikachu and put them in a battle there is no chance pikachu will ever see latios this killing pikachu with extreme speed or something. Anime doesn't count srry.

Yeah, but the dex entries are all over the place and often contradict each other. According to the dex entires...

kadabra was a human.

Macargo is so hot that water can't even harm it, yet water attacks still hurt it...a lot.

Whenever an Entei barks, a Volcano erupts, but whenever a Volcano erupts, an Entei is born...

Really, the anime and the manga are the only way we can get feats for like, 90% of Pokemon.

Comparing RPG logic to factual data.

Couldn't it just be that Ash's Pikachu is different from regular Pikachus? Red's Pikachu is obviously different from regular ones, so why isn't Ash's?

Pretty sure content revision is postponed until the AP revision is done for the next few days. We can discuss this at a later time not to mention, this is pretty pointless as Pikachu is already city level under Ash's profile name.

This isn't too far and gone to be considered an outlier. I mean, didn't he fight Mewtwo once in that one movie? Scaling to Arceus, though...

@X6 Also, these attacks of theirs are supernatural and such, so them being empowered to maybe withstand heat of that sort when ordinary water won't do the trick isn't all that far-fetched a concept.

I might've worded that post wrongly, the actual pokedex entry says he can't hit by water.

The only reason I say no to the upgrade is due to the fact that it's not the same Latios as the one that was calculated. And we all know that each pokemon is trained differently so that opens the discussion on how strong Tobias' Latios was. But we don't know that because that specific Latios was only shown once and doesn't have much proof to see if it has the same stats as the calculated Latios.

We no longer use powerscaling to determine the power of pokemon especially when non-legendary pokemon are compared with Legendary creatures.
