Goku was upgraded based off Zenkais and additional training Post Golden Freiza I believe. If I am wrong, someone can feel free to correct me.

SSG Goku < First SSB < Golden frieza < Post-Frieza SSB < U6 SSB < Pre-improvement Hit < Goku Black SSR < enraged SSB < Post-improvement Hit < Kaioken x10 SSB Goku < Assassin Hit.
If Im not mistaken, the 3-A rating applies to U6 and posterior forms. (Actually, I meant Goku Black Saga SSB, sorry)
