Upgrade for the abilities of Shigaraki's quirk

In the latest chapter (227), Shigaraki's Quirk evolves (like Toga's did in the last chapter) to be able to spread his decay to people touching the person it started with, like an infection; in other words, if he causes one person or object to decay, and they are touching other people, the effect will spread to the others as well like a hyper-accelerated contagion. It's pretty similar now to other especially-powerful hax decay-abilities from other works of fiction.

The effect is very fast-acting; it seems to be able to spread to over a dozen people in far less than a second! In this latest chapter, Shigaraki caused just a couple people to start decaying with one swipe of his hand, and then within the time it took him to move maybe five feet (while moving at high speeds in combat, so realistically it may have been far less than a tenth of a second) it spread to well over a dozen other people who were also dog-piling him and thus touching the first person.

Edit: From the looks of these last couple chapters, I and others suspect that we will be getting big upgrades to the quirks of all, or at least most, of the League of Villains members during this current arc. Pretty neat, I'm excited. So far, both Toga and Shigaraki have become FAR more hax than they were before.
