Kaguya is at least at the level of a solar system or higher, as a Multi-Solar System level.
Fans often underestimate the power of the Naruto verse to planetary levels, so I will first prove that Kaguya should be at the solar system level.

We know that the Dimension of the Sage of Six Paths has its own star and sun, as shown in the anime and manga.

Its Ice Dimension not only has a bi-lunar structure in its orbit but also features a star or moon that emits light at night and a sun that creates day cycles and has an atmosphere.
From the images above, we can confirm around three or four things about its dimension:
1. It has two moons.
2. It has a star whose sunlight is reflected by the moons.
3. It has two cycles of day and night, indicating that the Dimension contains water and atmosphere.
4. This means that, based on what we have seen, we know that the Dimension cannot be smaller than the size of a solar system. We know that its main Dimension is called its largest Dimension, which connects to all its Dimensions, meaning that Dimension is above this size.

This means that each of Kaguya's Dimensions is equivalent to the size of a solar system. It makes sense because we know SPSM Naruto cannot sense Sasuke who is in the Desert Dimension.
