Unusued content in a videogame

So, one of the profiles I will start working in the future belongs to these guys from Metal Slug 5, the Ptolemaic Army.

Basically, at the time, the game was rushed due to time constraints, some things were messed up and two bosses were scrapped, despite them being almost completely ready, as you can see here and in other videos.
The turtle is part of the final level of the actual game (you climb on it) and the old man is the (fake) leader of the army and was supposed to be fought before the true final boss, so both of them are kinda relevant.
The turtle can also be seen in the background of the final level before you start climbing on it, always because it should have been inside the game from the start.
There is also an artwork that includes both the turtle and the upper tower (the elephant heads are in the game).
My question now is if I am allowed to include them in the profile. They wouldn't even change the tier, it's just an important part of the game that I would like to add.

Thank you for the input, my doubt was due to the fact that the turtle can still be seen in the background of the final game and both things were basically ready.

Pretty much waht Strym said, unless a remake comes out and actually uses it, or if a sequal references it as canon.

Because it's still in the game, since you see it and you climb on it.
I would just mention that they have this giant moving thing on which there's the tower where you fight a mini boss and the final boss

If the Turtle has some kind of references, I don't see any harm in it.

Thank you, the turtle is visible in the background and you climb on it at the end, you just don't fight against it as planned.
