Greetings. Seems like this question hasn't been covered neither on the FC/OC subforum, nor in its rules. What're the regulations for fanworks that don't possess an official English translation? Do the VBW rules regarding untraslated content apply here as well? To be exact, I'm referring to these rules:
It has got 25+ characters that can be indexed, most of which are mystical secundant users (Note that a mystical secudant is the local analogue of JJBA stands; they're similar, albeit have a few minor differences). The characters sometimes demonstrate solely visual feats, however, they also explain their own mystical secundants' powers during dialogues quite often. This kind of dialogues needs to be translated and explained. Not a problem for me, as I'm pretty well-versed in translating stuff and can provide even more evidences if needed. As for rule #4, the characters are far below Tier 2 with the strongest feat being 7-C AP (Although that one was rather a suicidal attack), so this rule doesn't apply here.
It also got printed editions. It has some notability, but still is heavinely influenced by Araki's JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, so it fits the FC/OC sphere the most.
For example, there's a doujinshi series I find interesting and would like to add to the FC/OC wiki. It's called JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Russia (Причудливые авантюры ЖоЖо), or DzoDzo's Curiuous Escapades. On Mangalib, there're three out of four volumes published already [linking is prohibited, here's the screen capture instead:]
- Do not add scans in a language different from English to profiles. The only exceptions are for explicitly visual feats, clear demonstrations of powers and everything that doesn't need to read a text to be comprehended.
- Always make one or more blogs to explain and demonstrate the content of a profile, including powers, feats and everything that requires reading a text. Blogs must contain scans (or links to them), the original text that is written into them, the proposed translation, references to the source of said scans and any kind of explanation and context needed.
- The author of said blogs shall provide any further evidence, explanation, scan and so on if asked them by staff members or regular users.
- Blogs for 2-A or higher tier and particularly controversial powers will be subject to extra scrutiny and will need the approval of staff members.
