what abilities will ppls that live in universe where concept (that concept got accepted as cm1) didnt exist get? or does it mean nothing?

Nothing, some concepts even if they are CM1 arent necessary to existence. Though it does depend on what the concept was.

but it stated (theres many universe in that verse)that cm1 give birth to all concepts n if cm1 got destroyed then universe will get destroyed too

Just because something gave birth to other things doesn't mean what got birthed can't exist without it. And if they are living in a universe without that concept, then that statement about the universe being destroyed is false.
