So, I have this question after thinking a bit more about it, but basically it goes:
Aside from scaling to a character that has a Low 2-C feat themselves, how can a character attain the rating? In turn, how many variants can there be regarding its attainment and how far are they for doing them?
For example, the most basic one is destroying a universe, right? Complete annihilation of a space-time continuum. This more often than not puts the character at baseline unless stated that it wasn't said character's limit. But it's an example, nonetheless.
Would the other possibilities determine where the character doing such feats at differing levels? I know this will ultimately mean nothing, but I just thought I'd get this off my mind.

- Destroying an entire universe = baseline (Right?)
- Creating? (I mean, I know this is one way to put a character higher than baseline since creation usually involves more energy)
- Restoring
- Holding the universe together/Keeping it stable/Sustaining
- Shaking the entire universe (I'm sure this probably won't count)
