Hello, would these feats qualify for an ues ?;
All magical powers are drawn from the same source (mana)
All powers gets a proportional amp based on the 'intellect' (mana capacity) of the user, the formula being roughly x + n × y, x being the magic base damage n being the 'level' and y being the damage added per point
And finally magic can be used to amp physically things, like a mana blade that uses mana to amp itself (user channel the mana in it), or a fighting style being stated by a reliable source to gets its power from surrounding mana and using it to do all sorts of things (stated by author + the character teaching the player the fightning style), and on top of that an item that makes gun scale off intellect (magical stats), though this last one might not he canon anymore since its a cut content
