Universal and FTL SDS?

I seen somewhere where someone scales the hightiers of SDS to universal based on this and for the speed it being based off this. Are these some sort of mistranslation or hyperbolic statement since the hightiers are only 6-C and the speed scaling is only MHS?

Space-time doesn’t mean universal unless many verses including all members of the Big 3 will be Universal to Multiversal off just creating new space-times and Purgatory is definitely not even country level talk less of Planetary or Universal. It only distorts your perception of distance and time, and that feat isn’t FTL or greater because the arrows even though made of “light” they don’t have the properties of light which reduces their speed scaling.

I don't see any universal feat in the first scan, as for the second scan, what proof is there of those projectiles being light beams, and do they follow our standards for light beams?
