I think the question is "how good is the doctors soul manipulation resistance" cause I'm fairly sure Doom should resist planetary death manip and 28 million isn't much in Marvel by mind manip standards.

Both mind and soul manip are passive and have planetary range, and Nihilus has planetary death and soul manip(the latter is passive again) and death manip is tied to Nihilus's voice, basically two planet potencys and a 28 million mind **** potency, like I said not much by marvel standards in mind manip.

Doom with Prep would just Seal him or Time Travel or something since he has no idea who this guy is or what he can do, so he would make the easy choice of figuring that out first.
