So uh, Undyne kills with just a few hits due to soul manip, what can Midas do to kill Undyne before this very easy wincon is achieved?

Well, Midas can create a forcefield to protect him from some of Undyne's spear attacks, his starts move is Vibration Manipulation.
He can spit up to three balls from his mouth that explode on contact, Can summon 2 gulus, and he can grow wings to fly.
His main wincon is his Ice Manipulation (he creates an ice crystal that freezes the target on contact)

At least Undyne attacks are not intangibles, so Midas Forcefield can hold them a little before it break
