How exactly does she out-AP him again?

IIRC, she's only Town level via loose scaling from a Small Town level feat and a few other characters superior to it. Canon Grievous roughly scales to his own durability, which is in its own turn far above this and (the low-end of) this.

Pretty sure the Undertale feat borders on baseline Town level, so that's probably where the rating comes from.

Still, the fact of it is that she most likely isn't stronger or more durable than him in any way. Especially seeing as Grievous' own rating comes from being equal to a guy who took Darth Vader's telekinesis, which casual'd a vehicle that was barely even damaged by the TIE Fighter, which directly scales/is superior to the vehicle which first calc I linked belongs to.

I'm not even all that sure why Grievous' rating isn't "At least Town level+" instead of "At least Town level". He should be really far up there on the tier in terms of physicality.
