She regenerated from fatal injuries in the neutral run but it took a lot from her. She eventually just melted into a puddle because doing so repeatedly required determination which is incompatible with monster biology.

Ah, so it's not something that's reliable. I vaguely remember that, now that you mention it.
Doom doesn't have many blatantly 7-C options, but the ones he does have are going to hurt a lot. Soul resistance won't necessarily prevent him from dying, but it's going to seriously gimp her attacks nonetheless.
That's all I've got unless someone has some actual numbers for her Town level rating.

Don't forget Green Mode. It'll freeze him in place which would suck considering how much Doom likes to dodge. It even works on people with soul resistance since it worked just fine on Frisk.MrKingOfNegativity said:

Tbh, I'm looking at revising Doom's tier at this point, so I don't know whether or not this matchup is going to remain fair. If things go the way I think they will, it's probably going to lead to a downgrade.

The character is definitely going to be downgraded. We don't know how far yet, but he's not going to be Town level anymore. Not even remotely.

Doomguy wins this, Undyne may have magic but Doomguy's weapons are OP and not to mention the BFG9000 that can do a lot of damage.
