So, I was checking undertale page to add the soul absorption upgrade that was accepted in the previous CRT, but I saw that page, that page is a Civilization page, the tiers are rated as ''9-B | Unknown'', but the problem is because Asriel is part of the underground civilization, and Asriel already is rated as Low 2-C

So, the Underground page (if it still remains) need to be upgraded to Low 2-C due having Asriel

Also, we should remove Frisk from ''notable individuals', frisk is not part of the civilization, Frisk just fell down there and leaved it in the end of pacifist route, and add Flowey to Notable Individuals instead of Frisk

I disagree with upgrading it to Low 2-C because of Asriel. The thing is, Asriel isn't really a part of the underground's civilization at least in the form he took at the end of the pacifist route. He pretty much destroyed their whole civilization and once they were restored, he ceased to be as well. Besides, it took the combined power of every soul in the underground, monster and human to create Asriel so we could put a key for just their combined peak potential.

Makes sense, and what about removing Frisk from Notables Individuals of the civilization and putting Flowey instead? Because Frisk is not from the civilization
