I noticed they're only 2-B because True Reset, but Asriel and Flowey body them.
I think this likely is not the case as The Player views the entire verse as mere fiction. And the argument that "flowey and asriel took away their power!" They are still powerless to reach the Player, nor to even HARM them due to the fact the player treats them as nonsensical fiction..
And another thing to notice is that an Asriel line
"You know... I don't even care about erasing this world anymore.
After I kill you and gain full control over the timeline
I just want to reset everything!"
Frisk and the Player still had control over the timeline. Minimal, but still control.
The argument that Asriel had taken away their entire power is meaningless. The point still stands. They treat them as fiction. Asriel can't reach them. Nor even harm them on that level.
So I think they should be High 2-A for Treating the entire verse as fiction.
