So basically the issue is ultimately the following:
- You have to showcase that God created time. Just making stuff isn't enough
- You have to showcase that the feat was done quickly, rather than overtime. For example the MCU Celestials are only given 3-C because they can create galaxies quickly. Arishem is only given 3-A because he didn't make the concept of time. The most I see is a High 4-C to 4-B since none of the scans imply they created an entire galaxy in one go with Galaxy being 3-C.
- Its speed would only be Nigh-Omnipresent since to get Omnipresence you have to encompass the totality of existence (or at least a universal space)
- Omniscience is just cosmic sense for this CRT. Since knowing things that happen in your body isn't an intelligence thing.
