This is a surprisingly fitting match. Absorbing monsters known throughout the universe duke it out. One is a light dragon, the other is a blob of evil. But when they come to blows, which one wins? Speed equal because duh.

Super Buu
Ultra Necrozma

What's Ultra Necrozma's AP?

I might be wrong, but if this is Super Buu, than he's far above 1 Kilofoe at minimum.

If Buu gets overwhelmed he'll just do what he did when Gohan showed up. Pretend to kill himself with an explosion and use the discarded pieces to absorb Necrozma.

Cosmic Awareness counters this. But I don't think Necrozma has a way to deal with Buu's regen.

As far as AP Super Buu should scale to Multi-Galactic given he isn't much weaker than SSJ3 Gotenks who is closer to SSJ2 Goku in the DB Kai adaptation, who could fight a Kid buu who threaten to destroy the Dai Kaio planet.

But AP isn't everything, what hax does Necrozma have?

EafdMww

You are using Anime scans and stats for Manga Super Buu so the 3-B isn't valid.

Anyways does Necro have a way to deal with Buu's regen and massive AP advantage?

This is pretty much the same thing as the Kid Buu vs Ultra Necro thread only this time Necros stronger than before and this is Super Buu.

Necrozma can bypass Buu's dura using Solgaleo and Lunala's moves & spatial manipulation, Can absorb Buu just as much as he could against Necro, Can BFR Buu to another universe with Ultra Wormholes too (Vice Shout only works when in a pocket reality).

And also, its most basic thing. Illuminate to blind Buu.

My apologies, there were no specifications. But even for manga Super Buu he should still scale to young Beerus whom can destroy the Kaioshin realm.

Regardless, he has his candy beam, and what's the speed for Necro? How does he fight such a being who's MFTL+?

Speed is equalized.
Then this may be a juicy battle. I favor Super Buu for superior AP, ability to copy and learn a technique by first glance, infinite stamina, and candy beam hax.

What is Ultra Necrozma leading move? Need to know that before judging since Super Buu can just one shot.

Photon Geyser or Light That Burns the Skies, I guess.

I remember that in the anime Necrozma (base) was passively absorbing the energy of every being around him, inducing fatigue and sleep.

Maybe this is useful.

If Necrozma does that, then Buu falls victim to prolonged sleeping sessions. That might be a win for it then via incapacitation.

It's still applicable, because the statement came from the manga and Toriyama's quote is still applicable. By that logic that's like saying we can't use the super exciting guides for SSJ2 and 3 multipliers because it came out in 2009 (more than 14+ years after) but even ignoring that the databook confirm Kid buu nearly resisted a Genki-dama that held the force of the Universe. And the Kaioshin realm in the manga was still banged up by SSJ3 Goku, and even dividing that by 8 to equate to a regular SSJ Goku is still arguably Multi-Solar+ to Small Galaxy tiers. Also the thread didn't say anime buu nor manga buu and DB Kai is the Toriyama cut, so every occurrence is canon.

We don't use the SSJ2 and 3 multipliers as stated on Multipliers.

That just got changed in a recent thread they forgot to add it to the multipliers. Anyways SSJ2's multiplier is still valid regardless.

Link me that thread, I won't believe it until I see it.
