Round Two: Depends, if its an enclosed area, then Samus would try to hide, but eventually get killed. If its anywhere else (and presumeably not any Metroid planet) she would stun him and throw him out of the atmosphere.

well from wut i understand, if large amounts of anti matter is used, both will get kill

and reflecting energy attacks wudnt save her from kars's main physical attacks (which includes absorbing)

The range would be quite a few meters, however, I also wanna add that she has her paralyzer gun, which you know, paralyzes.

At best I can see him sending one out, and then samus shooting, and considering the beam lasts a few seconds... well, I doubt that animal will last long.
