I believe he simply decided to retire his Consultant position due to how much stress it been causing him.

Yeah, it would have been better to simply ask other staff via message walls and/or PMs rather than make a thread asking why.

As you can see on Ultima's message wall, and me and AKM talked about with him in private, he was demoted because there wasn't much of a point with a special wiki position for one person only, because AKM thought that said position in itself was redundant to start with (meaning: not just for Ultima, but at all), and because Ultima was usually helping out far too infrequently to keep one of the second highest positions in this community.
He is still an administrator and has stated that this will not affect his work here though.
