This is just simple question. Since Segunda Etapa is another Resurrección, can it be considered another 5x multiplier on top of Ulquiorra’s first Resurrección?

It isn't stated to be a whole extra Resurrección or a whole other multiplier. What a "second-stage Resurrección" actually means isn't elaborated on in the manga. All we know is that it makes him more powerful.
But just having a power-up isn't enough, to me at least, for him to get an identical multiplier slapped onto him. He'd simply be rated as higher than he was before.

It's not another Resurreccion, it's just another stage.
There isn't any direct confirmation that he receives another power boost akin to his first stage, but we do know that he gains a clear power boost and Uryu considered his R2 Reiatsu to be incomparable to his R1 Reiatsu, so it can be argued at the very least.
Comes down to how strict you want to be with multipliers, I can't see another 5x for him being accepted here at least.

Hm, alright, that makes sense.
Although I did think of another question, shouldn’t his Cero Oscuras have its own tier since it’s an order of magnitude (which I believe is 10x) above his normal Cero?
