Finally, after years of hard work and experimentation the TALOS project has finally been completed. Despite many setbacks, failures, and even some intervention from Umbrella's enemies, the North American Division's magnum opus was finally finished. Nothing would char this perfect day

Soldier only has Stock items (Rocket launcher, Shotgun, and Shovel.) I will equalize speed if Soldier has too many advantages
 
TALOS can tank several rocket launcher shots, but how would the Soldier fair against an automatic rocket launcher?
