Types of Resistance for FTL?

I was wondering, with how Faster Than Light is not really achievable in real life due to requiring infinite energy with something with mass, what I found is that it would also imply violating causality and time travel.

So I was wondering, if someone was on the surface of a space ship that was moving a FTL speeds and survive, would that person have resistance to causality and time travel?

Yeah, just because FTL is physically impossible IRL doesn't mean most fictions follow it.

I know, but if there are fictions that do follow this with causality and time travel, and a person experiences it and is fine, would that constitute for it?

If the Fiction says so (something like the consequence of passing the speed of light), then sure

Although this is generally not possible because a lot of fiction ignores this

Okay then, so the exceptional fiction that says faster than light means is achieved through bending time and causality. got it.
