Death Manipulation is imo a nope. Is a "upgrade" which is used to use the death coin iirc. Same thing for Cold Manipulation.

Also, when it was canonically said that William is in the Purgatory (or something like this)? Several quotes refer more to Michael than him. Pretty sure it's only Matpat theory's stuff.
