Type 4 Acausality question

I was wondering if the following feats would qualify for Type 4 Acausality:

• Stated to be "immune" to an ability that causes Causality fluctuations.
• Has Resisted Precognition
• Has kept their memories despite there being a time loop/reset
• Resists an ability that affects both Fate and Causality

The first one seems the most important to qualify as actual Type 4 Acausality. The others seem to justify it further.

To me, it looks like it. But then again, I'm not the most knowledgeable person on Acausality.

It definitely does sound like type 4. Tho more context wouldn't hurt.
