2016 was altering timelines and their data. Its goal was to have time end with 2016, and erase the future of all Timelines. Time is described to be an Infinite line of code.
This would grant information manipulation and time manipulation for 2016 and by extension resistance to these considering Hero’s timeline couldn’t be altered or Changed.
