Well, I think that Nitro once burned off all of his flesh, and he still regenerated, so it depends on the writer.
 
I'm not sure if Nitro burned all his cells at the time. You have to burn everything to the bone.
 
Perhaps we can add, "(according to most stories)" as a disclaimer afterwards?
 
He's regenrated from just bone before?

I'm pretty sure sending him to the sun would kill all his cells like he said in the above issue.

Considering he rebuilds himself cell by cell, at least one cell needs to survive.
 
Okay. That seems fine then.
 
Should be good now. Upgraded his regen to Low-High with respect to regenerating from a few cells.
