TYBW Anime Cour 3 [Pernida Edition]

Here's the sandbox for the Pernida, Nemu, and Mayuri Cour 3 updates. What got changed:

• Pernida's tiering, AP, SS, and Dura got a varies, likely up to 4-A with his evolution due to the reason in the sandbox.
  • Given Pernida evolves via the data he gets from his nerves, and he got data by invading Zaraki's body with his nerves, he'd be stealing Zaraki's genetic code and physiologically fundamental power. Of which his eyepatch is not included, that is an external influence that wouldn't effect what Pernida's nerves do.
• Nemu's power enhancement tiering, AP, SS, and Dura got changed to far higher, likely 4-A cuz she fights that Pernida.
• Mayuri's Bankai tiering, AP, SS, and Dura got a 5x upscale for the reasoning in the sandbox.

I feel like Pernida’s justification is more than blatant enough for a solid 4-A rather than a likely rating, but aside from that, this looks good to me.

I give it a likely because Mayuri doesn't flat out say he is that level, but rather just strongly implies such

Although, now that I’m looking at it again, couldn’t Nemu’s enhanced tier be At least High 6-A, likely 4-A, since Pernida’s base dura is High 6-A?

For Nemu, since her attack was composed of 6% of her soul and her powered state was within 0.8% of reaching the maximum, maybe a "likely at least 4-A, possibly higher" or "likely at least 4-A" would be more fitting, since that's not necessarily her maximum output? Or would that be too big of an assumption that A: she can use more of her soul and thus do more damage and B: she can output just a bit more power in general with something like 0.6% or 0.3%, with of course a lower timer.

The rest looks good.

Potentially, it is a bit speculative on whether she can soul scission off more than 6% or if that was the max she can send off in a single usage. I don't have a strong opinion over it tho
