• Conceptual Manip in Ninjago verse

I now see that there is a contradiction in VSBW with a bias in characters, because as we know The Overlord got CM Type 1 thanks to him affecting the balance

Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1: Can permanently destroy The Balance, which acts as a force over all the realms, causing their destruction if shifted)

It was agree by the Staff Members, but when I explained how FSM and USM should also be given the same thing it was disagree on the grounds that Balance should be Concept of darkness and light and it wasn't disagree because the argument was bad, and one of the Staff Members who were agree with CM Type 1 for The Overlord also agreed that FSM and USM should have CM.
So should be agree with CM for USM and FSM.

• Can a character have HDE and BDE at the same time?

In this CRT it was discussed that BDH and HDE and it was said that HDE and BDE should not be together in the same character but in Veldanava file BDE was put with HDE in the same character which contradicts what is said here.
