This is a fight I really wanted to see.

Both Tokoyami and Machia are in the Low 6-B states, so yes it's nighttime with dark clouds covering the sky.

They both scale to the same values.

Speed is Equalized.

Starting Distance = 100 meters

Location = Abandoned Nabu Island

Who wins?

Tsukuyomi: Bruhtelho, XSOULOFCINDERX, GunshyFever, TheRadiantSoul, V999, Mapl3Sy4up, TheRustyOne, (7)

Gigantomachia: (0)

Inconclusive: (0)

Since they essentially scale to the same AP value and both show animalistic fighting patterns that involve overpowering each other to reach victiory, the outcome would likely hinge on a stamina battle. I'm not certain if Fumikage can control Dark Shadow's overwhelming power within darkness later in the manga finale, so bear with me. The deciding factor could be who outlasts whom. I would have to favor Gigantomachia, as his profile states resistance to pain through one of his quirks, and his stamina, "another quirk, Endurance, allows him to convert morale into physical energy and stamina." He's capable of fighting the League of Villains for 2 days straight without needing any sleep, in contrast to Dark Shadow's 8 hours of fighting against Pixie-Bob’s Earth Beasts. While Fumikage's endurance and stamina are notable, surviving attacks like All For One’s light beam, Gigantomachia’s stamina feats are more impressive, suggesting he could outlast Dark Shadow over time.

For now, I'm voting for Gigantomachia.

Regardless, there isn't much he can do. He still gets outlasted, but the difference is that he can now put his combat skills to the test, meaning his defense and offense would be much greater than Gigantomachias. My vote remains though.

Going to make somethings clear.

Machia's stamina of 48+ Hours comes from his "fight" against the LoV. The gap between them and Machia is greater than the gap between an ant and a human. While this is still impressive, we have zero reason to assume Machia can fight at 100% for this long.

Note: Humans can walk for around seven hours or more, with no breaks. While we can only sprint for around half a minute before slowing down. Obviously, I'm not saying this is how the fight works here. I'm just using that as an example, that Machia's ability to fight at 100% should not be comparable to his 48+ Hour feat.

He was dealing with people who were vastly inferior to him and it was even revealed he was holding back the entire time. Stamina alone is only half the battle as well, since Machia will be taking damage from Dark Shadow's attacks. Lets say he can move at 100% for 24 hours, who to say he can do that while taking damage as well?

Machia's ability to fight on while ignoring damage is unknown due to the fact the only time he was really injured, he was killed in one hit. Damage accumulates and Machia cannot heal, he just ignores it. But a broken bone is a broken bone, and Machia is going to just be tanking a barrage of attacks from Dark Shadow.

Who's actually noticeably bigger than Machia. Note: Machia is in the foreground while Dark Shadow is in the background.

Not only that but Dark Shadow can fly and extend their limbs beyond the normal length.

And while they scale to the same value, I do believe Dark Shadow is stronger. Dark Shadow overpowered Rewind/Prime All For One, who only escaped by exploiting Dark Shadow's weakness to light. While Machia's attack didn't even seem to damage a less durable All For One.

Also, damaging Dark Shadow doesn't do anything to Tokoyami. While Tokoyami does tire out while fighting, any attacks on Dark Shadow itself does nothing. Which isn't true for Machia who does take damage, he just ignores it, which doesn't change the fact he's being hurt and that will accumulate.

Note: I don't believe it's wrong to say Machia will outlast Tokoyami, we know for a fact he does get tired while fighting all out. But I want to make it clear the fight is far more complicated than just, Machia outlast him and there's nothing Dark Shadow can do. When he's damaging and breaking Machia's body.

There's a far bigger difference between walking, running, and running while you're being attacked by someone on par with you.

it should also be noted that All For One after his rewind was AFRAID of Dark Shadow's power and only viewed Machia's attacks as "a dog that bites needs to be put down"

there is more to this match than just "Gigantomachia outlast" since Dark Environment should be slightly stronger than him

Gigantomachia has his advantages such as endurance/stamina due to his quirk(s) that makes pain irrelevant to him and converting his moral to energy, greater range due to shockwaves (?) just going off the profile but it doesn't seem to be a singular attack thing with range, and versatility with his abundance of quirks

Tokoyami has a slight strength advantage given the fact that rewind/prime All For One was more scared of him, a more intelligent and skilled fighter since he has some actual training and isn't just a mindless brute, equal range and LS in CQC to Gigantomachia making any sort of range play or pinning irrelevant tho CQC range could go to Tokoyami thanks to the fact that Dark Shadow can extend FAR beyond the range given

Honestly this fight is a lot closer than it seems, well yes Gigantomachia could outlast Tokoyami, its ignoring the fact that Dark Environment is going to be hitting Gigantomachia a lot harder than the league ever could and the Mole quirk could have been an advantage for Giganto if it weren't for the fact that Dark Shadow just kinda eats piercing attacks like nothing.

i'm willing to give this to Tokoyami tbh, Gigantomachia is a literal beast to put down but given the fact that Tokoyami is slightly stronger and a more intelligent fighter means he could just dodge and hit Gigantomachia back to slowly weaken him down overtime. Tokoyami is smart enough when it comes to Gigantomachia to not fight him head on in a "battle of brutes" given how scared dark shadow was, well Gigantomachia plays rush down and simply tries to kill his opponents as fast as possible giving Tokoyami plenty of opportunities to dodge and hit him thanks to the skill advantage and ballistic fighting style that Giganto has.
