Truth Seeking Orbs in Naruto (Discussions)

So, the thread about "Stronger =/= Hax Resistance" by PK reminded me of my Naruto vs Juggernaut thread...didn't go well, but that's water under the bridge. Though It got me thinking...this is at least in the top 3 Haxes in Naruto's Universe and it's underrated. My question to all of you is, at What Tier does this ability become a Non-Factor?

What I mean by this is, of course there are characters of Lower tiers that can easily get over this ability or has many responses or immunity to it let alone higher tiered characters, but just from a power standpoint, how strong does a character have to be no sell this without having any known responses or immunity?

The TSB's abilities are:

• Disintegration on a molecular level, bypassing durability (Physical Matter, Energy and debatably on a Spiritual level).

• Negation of Physical Ninjutsu (People take Ninjutsu out of context, a lot. A generic energy attack in Naruto is called Ninjutsu, there are no specific properties to it, just a term)

In Naruto, nobody but God Tiers and people who utilized a form of Nature Energy are immune those abilities, and it was only due to their special energies (Including God Tiers). So, the Truth Seeking Orbs are an ability that really allows the Naruto verse to punch above it's weight, but the question is, how far above it's tier does it work.

Because as an example, despite Juggernaut not having any known resistance or responses to Disintegration on a molecular level that bypasses durability, "to my knowledge". Simply being in a higher tier, this ability was primarily ignored.

This isn't a discussion on Naruto vs Juggernaut. It's a discussion about how high up the totem pole this ability can go.
