The Chakra Rods aren't TSBs. And its implied that same chapter Minato works, out the plan to help gagai or the one before that.

Listed as just a Ninjutsu (not Kekkei Mōra), used by Madara, Obito, and Naruto. It says that when an individual manifests (literally "blossoms" ÚûïÞè▒) Six Paths Senjutsu, black orbs comprising the power of all five elements and yin-yang appear, forming a circle that floats behind them. They can manipulate each orb independently. Each orb is about the size of a fist and hides within enough power to completely obliterate a forest. I accidentally translated the phrase shinra bansho as "creation of all things," but it actually means "all of creation" or "everything in the universe." It's not saying that they're using the Ninjutsu "Creation of All Things" to manipulate/control the Truthseeker Orbs, but rather that they're using "the power of the universe".

I've said this to you before and I will say it again because this is starting to get tiresome.
TSBs do NOT under any circumstances erase the soul. If it did, Minato would not have been able to return to the afterlife. What it did do was disrupt the Edo Tensei's ability to keep Minato's body's form together as explained in the series. Drop this line of reasoning immediately.
I willing to say that Dust Release disintegrates targets at the molecular level, but there is nothing indicating that it works on the subatomic level since there are repeated statements that it works at the molecular level. No level of matter manipulation will erase the soul since the latter is not physical in nature.
By elements, the description is referring to chemical elements like Gold and Silver, not elemental effects like Wind and Fire. You're not reading into this carefully at all.
Long story short, ability to nullify non-natural energy based attacks (needs to be discussed on a per case basis) and molecular-level disintegration are reasonable. The rest are not from my perspective.

Yin-Tang Release is not Dust Release

1) If you watched the series, you'd know that the image of the disintegrating Edo Tensei body leaves the world first before the soul does. What you're showing is the body, not Minato's soul. Big difference.
2) Not all Matter Manipulation is created equal. Dust Release can bust down to molecules, Saint Seiya can bust down to the subatomic level.
3) Provide evidence that Yin-Yang Release provides Void Manipulation powers, since I recall none of the sort from the series. In addition, TSBs' effects are the result of the conglomeration of all the basic elemental affinities and Yin-Yang Release, meaning their the twos' abilities are not mutually exclusive as they must be together to work the way the TSB does.
4) Just because one user can use a TSB a certain way doesn't mean another can. Giving a sword to two different swordsmen of two different schools and experience levels will lead to very different results. We can only use what each character has shown. You can mention what each individual character has shown with a TSB, but you can't cross scale them. Drop the Sword of Nunoboko talk as well. Even if this were true. That means that Madara's Limbo Clones should have been dead after being stabbed with TSB Rods.

In the image that Omimi puts is not the soul of Minato but the body made of dust that is created with the Edo Tensei. Certainly it is not mentioned at any time that the Gudodama can damage the soul of the opponent, only destroy his body and annul the infinite Regenerationn of the Edo Tensei, not even because the discussion was diverted to it.
