Why is anchor's durability only building level though, you would think she would be able to tank her town level blast from destroying that building, not like anything says otherwise, at least i don't think so.

As for this match up i say anchor probably takes it, homura's time stop won't work on her, and anchor can just kill himura by tearing the space around her, quesion is if homura's technological manipulation could be used to manipulate anchor. Homura's immortality might also be tricky but anchor can just bfr her.

Not anything saying otherwise was never a reason for upgrades. Ap doesn't scale to durability per default, though we are doing it for Striking Strength.

So until she takes a punch from someone comparable to her she is ranked according to the best feat that actually happened.
