i don’t think Foxy has fire resistance feats, but it’s worth noting that he could fire a Noro Noro beam to slow down any of Usopps projectiles, so he certainly has ways to defend himself.

Better physical strength is truu yeah, but Usopp actually scales above him in durability.

I think Usopp is more than smart enough to abuse Foxy’s mirror weakness as well, and would likely figure it out quicker than Luffy did.

Like someone already said, Usopp one shots Foxy. While Foxy could use his Noro Noro beam to slow down Usopp and his attacks, I just don't see them being able to put down this version of Usopp who has endured attacks from much stronger characters (Jabra and Oars).

Actually just realized that I completely misunderstood the scaling for our 7-Bs. This version of Usopp would actually one shot Foxy via AP alone, sorry about that.

shifting it down to Water 7 Usopp. Which should be a much fairer match up.

While Foxy will actually give Water 7 Usopp a fight, Usopp still wins FRA (Usopp using a mirror to reflect a Noro Noro Beam back at Foxy like Luffy did, and Foxy's lack of resistances to Usopp's fire attacks).

I don't think Usopp actually scales above Foxy in durability during Water 7.

Both of them scale to taking hits from Base Water 7 Luffy. With both of them being visibly staggered each time.

But the rest makes sense yeah. Vote counted.

There functionally isn't any difference.

Water 7 Luffy is identical to Skypiea Luffy in all aspects aside from speed (which is a feat he only has from fighting Foxy).

Even the profile notes that Water 7 Luffy is “At least as strong” as Skypiea Luffy. There isn't any higher ap scaling at play here.

Usopp doesn't carry a mirror on him and thus has zero answer to the Noro noro beams, and due to the starting distance, he has no way of preventing Foxy from getting close or avoiding the beams
