Does transmutation allow for incacitation against being with godly regen also can it bybass low-godly regen

Transmutation vs regen

Well first of all, if the transmutation cannot affect the mind or soul then no. It cannot bypass Low-Godly.
If they can incap a Godly-Regen user is another question. It depends I guess, if the character can stay conscious after having their soul ripped out of them or something or exist as a non-corporeal mind then no. Incapping them would just make them go into Spirit/Soul form.
Actually, how would Transmutation even work against Low-Godly users? They would regen as long as their soul exists so no matter what their physical state is in, they'd regenerate back to their original bodies?
