Is type 3 transduality with 6/7/8/∞ truth states superior to type 3 transduality with only 5 truth states?

It's not really superior, just harder to interact with.

So normal type 3 transduality won't be able to interact with them either?

Transduality doesn't grant any abilities outside of what the verse describes. If having transduality in a verse makes you immune to attacks bound by those dualities, then that's how it will work on the profile. if it makes you hard to interact with, that's how it will work on the profile. If it's just a transduality statement, with no feats, it doesn't really do anything.
