Nope. Need to clarify what transcending means, and it's applicable for what the wiki views as a higher dimension.

Probably not, statements about transcending space and time can be tricky to work with, since they can be referring to something that isnโ€™t related to being higher dimensional than space and time

within context its a higher plane

I'd recommend reading these parts of the official FAQ for the tiering system, or the entire FAQ, in order to best answer your question. But if you wanted to hear my thoughts:

I'm not the biggest expert on Tier 1, but from my understanding you'd have to demonstrate qualitive superiority to the space-time continuum in order to qualify for 5-D or any higher tiers. Basically it means that you have to demonstrate superiority over the structure to such an extent that it qualifies for said tier, like literally seeing it as fiction and another standard that's escaping my tongue at the moment.

@Everything12 Isn't one of the other standards to qualify for QS is demonstrating a qualitatively higher size then the space-time at hand or am I misinterpreting stuff? I don't know much about QS so I could be wrong

wdym bruh. i just said this "plane" would have qualitive superiority. im asking if QS over space and time is 5d
I believe elaborating on what kind of properties and statements does this higher plane posses ,will help him understand your point better.

As this refers to a higher plane of existence and not a dimensional axis. You should probably be looking at something closer to a R>F differences, seeing something as an illusion or some sort of fictional construct. Though if you were looking at a dimensional axis, then you would need to prove that this dimension has a significant size equal to the four dimensions of space-time, such as comparing it to those dimensions by stating it's infinitely greater would be the types of statements needed.
