From what I remember The Commando Elite have a skill advantage as their microships are designed with military data and also if they capture a toy they can reprogram it with the microship

Do The Commando Elite not have profiles? If so, that's disappointing.

Anyway, ostensibly, they're more skilled, & likely have better materials for combat, in part because some of Andy's toys likely weren't made for combat.

Then again, maybe some action figure mobile bits are more vulnerable than solid, bulky plastic parts, I'm not entirely sure.
