- Stats are Equal

- 8 Participants, Clean K.O. bracket (If interest grows I may bump it up to 16 and/or add a loser’s bracket)

- Anything and everything is allowed (Though preferably submit someone who is weak in a fun, unique, or otherwise interesting way instead of picking Joe Shmoe with no hax or fighting experience, if you do this and a new more interesting character is submitted in-between capacity being met and the first match being made I will boot you out to make space)
