Totally Teleporting (?) / Subsonic+ Upgrade

In this CRT, we'll be possibly upgrading the verse to Subsonic+.

Recently the math for this calc was accepted for the spies blitzing this guy.

However, I have been informed that this may receive contentions that this is teleportation Jason-style.

I personally vouch for Subsonic+ as it would make the most sense in canon.
