Toshiro vs Toneri

Unless Toshiro Freezes him thus nullifying his powers.

And if Toreni comes too close he'll be frozen instantly.

Toneri's High 6-A feat is vastly more powerful than the one from which Hitsugaya is scaled. The gap is wide enough to one shot. Plus Hitsugaya needs a few seconds to prep his ability which freezes energy, which means he'll have trouble with the infamous Toneri moon slicer special (unless Toneri is stupid enough to give him a few seconds of prep). And to cease all of Toneri's functions, he needs to get up close and personal to touch him with his sword, something which is going to be difficult when you have a few thousand kilometre long energy blade coming at you.

One way I see Hitsugaya winning this is using an ice clone to distract and using Shunpo to get next to, and touch Toneri with his blade. But since Toneri comes from a verse where such clone use tactics and high speed movements are pretty common, I don't give a high probability of this succeeding. Another way is Toneri choosing to take Hitsugaya in melee and falling prey to his hax freezing.
 
To keep this simple

Toshiro via 4 seconds flash freeze power null

Toneri is kind of too arrogant to end this fight early on while hitsugaya is evidently more smarter than him
 
Toshiro doesn't need to touch him. He can shoot ice outta his hands like when he froze Gerard's shield.
 
Again Toneri any normal attack and it's over. Any attack he uses will just go through Toshiro's ice and run towards Toshiro.
 
Three misconceptions.

The whole 4 seconds thing with Tōshirō's Shikai Hyōketsu is a mistranslation, it's actually something to do with 4 steps.

Tōshirō doesn't need Shikai Hyōketsu to negate powers.

If you compare the damage Kenpachi and Tōshirō did to Hoffnung, the difference is around 12.5 times if you pixel scale it.

So, it goes something like, Adult Tōshirō>12.5├ù>Unpatched Shikai Kenpachi>>>>>Patched Kenpachi.

So, Tōshirō is definitely in the range to severely damage Toneri and his near Absolute Zero freezing, (that's how cold temperatures need to be to freeze many gases), and power negation via Flash Freezing gives him a massive advantage over Toneri.

My vote goes to Tōshirō.
 
Unlike Ichigo, Toshiro has some hax to compensate with the huge AP gap. He is also far more experience than Toneri, who I might add, is kind of arrogant. He will most likely gonna toyed with Toshiro which is a big mistake since Toshiro is a type of person who always get on business. All he need to do is to freeze Toneri just once and it's over.

Giving this to Hitsugaya-taichou for far more experience and quite potent Hax to make the AP difference isn't that significant. Not to mention Toneri's personality would be his downfall.

Yes and that 4 seconds is enough to throw toneri off.

All toshiro needs is to freeze toneri from a distance and his power gets nulled like that

His hax is too powerful for toneri
