Can someone please explain the stats of Four Beasts', AIR, PAIR and ANOTHER's Arc Keys of Toriko?

Some of them don't any justification, or have a very ambiguos one that doesn't really explain the tiering at all.
 
Pretty sure the first one comes from being able to fight the Four Beast, and scaling roughly to Zebra.
