^i seem to have mistaken the times, but it was also not neo vomitting midoras hadn that caused him to heal, it was the center-eruption:http://www.***********.net/toriko/394/4

CENTRE doubtless had a regenerative effect, but Neo was also vomiting up everything he ate simultaneously.

Midora tried to heal himself with Minority World earlier and failed - but after Neo started vomiting his wounds healed.
 
^i dont think that his vomitting was the reason why he was suddenly regenerating his hand again,

but i must concede by point, seems like the knocking wasnt applied on his hands to prevent healing, he placed it on midoras body to prevent him from moving a the time he ate his hands :eek:

anways, there is another use of food luck: you can out embryos into some kind of cocoon and let them live in there for more than 500 years :)
 
I know eating god regenerated acacia's hand before, so it could of been god being spewed up again that healed midora's wounds.
