Toriko. They're both pretty even in power, but Tori is waaaaay too fast for Raditz to hit.
Not to mention if they're in character, Raditz will likely do something to get himself killed.

Assuming we're using the best incarnation of Toriko, the profiles have both dead even in power/durability.
But Raditz is MHS while Toriko is sub-rel.
Imma say Toriko blitzes(assuming we're using his highest ends from the profile).

B: Durability
C: Speed.
Hax is the wild card. It either works, or it doesn't depending on the situation.

Toriko speed blitzes.
Raditz is only Mach 1,000+ while Toriko is at least Mach 30,000+. Toriko is literally 30 times faster than Raditz is.

Hmmm. Yeah, Toriko's a bit faster, enough so to nullify any range advantage Raditz might have, and I don't see anything in particular that would help Raditz here, so... going with Toriko.
