After some deliberation and looking through the arguments, it would appear the Kamen Rider is moving on after a very close match (and is rewarded with an easy stomp but ill at least try and rep Xiao)

No worries, it was a fun debate @Shadowslash125, Though I do hope if we get a repeat, the Tensura stuff will be much more centralized... Something we are currently working hard on, with the new general concept page we are working on.

If the stuff allows for 2-C fights or something, since the characters like Ex-Aid are around that range (a revision is inbound that would shake up the scaling as a whole). But yea, here's hoping too.

Most low tiers/mid-tiers have attacks that can do damage to that, but then mid-tiers and higher are currently around 5D. But yeah, we could always just equalize that.

It's not really AP, but rather just the nature of it that's higher dimensional.
